class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u300c\u8cfd\u99ac\u6703\u5e74\u8f15\u7cd6\u5c3f\u652f\u63f4\u8a08\u5283\u300d\u70ba\u903e900\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u5e74\u9752\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u9023\u7e8c\u8840\u7cd6\u76e3\u6e2c\u5100<\/strong><br><strong>\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u63a7\u8840\u7cd6\u3000\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u56b4\u91cd\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u53ca\u916e\u9178\u4e2d\u6bd2\u98a8\u96aa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300c\u8cfd\u99ac\u6703\u5e74\u8f15\u7cd6\u5c3f\u652f\u63f4\u8a08\u5283\u300d\u81ea2023\u5e74\u63a8\u51fa\u81f3\u4eca\uff0c\u5df2\u70ba\u903e900\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u5e74\u9752\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u9023\u7e8c\u8840\u7cd6\u76e3\u6e2c\u5100\uff08continuous glucose monitor\uff0cCGM \uff09\u53ca\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u7ba1\u7406\u6559\u80b2\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528CGM 12\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\uff0c\u5e74\u8f15\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\u6709\u986f\u8457\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u56e0\u916e\u9178\u4e2d\u6bd2\u75c7\uff08\u4e00\u7a2e\u8f03\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff09\u800c\u4f4f\u9662\u7684\u6bd4\u7387\u66f4\u5927\u5e45\u4e0b\u964d85%\uff0c\u56b4\u91cd\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u964d\u4f4e\u8d85\u904e60%\uff0c\u9ad8\u8840\u7cd6\u98a8\u96aa\u4ea6\u964d\u4f4e\u8d85\u904e50%\uff0c\u8db3\u8b49\u61c9\u7528CGM\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u6548\u5354\u52a9\u60a3\u8005\u81ea\u6211\u63a7\u5236\u75c5\u60c5\uff0c\u4e26\u5927\u5e45\u6e1b\u4f4e\u51fa\u73fe\u56b4\u91cd\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u4e00\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>\u53ef\u6e1b\u4f4e\u51fa\u73fe\u56b4\u91cd\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u5c6c\u5e38\u898b\u6162\u6027 \u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8840\u7cd6\u9577\u671f\u4e0d\u6b63\u5e38\u5730\u5347\u9ad8\uff0c\u82e5\u672a\u80fd\u59a5\u5584\u63a7\u5236\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u5f15\u767c\u6025\u6027\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u56b4\u91cd\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u5931\u660e\u53ca\u814e\u8870\u7aed\u7b49\u9577\u9060\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u3002\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u53ef\u5206\u70ba1\u578b\u30012\u578b\u53ca\u598a\u5a20\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u5152\u7ae5\u4ee51\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u6700\u70ba\u666e\u904d\uff0c\u800c\u56e0\u80a5\u80d6\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u56e0\u7d20\u60a3\u4e0a2\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u4ea6\u8d8a\u8da8\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u6839\u64da\u904e\u5f80\u7814\u7a76\u63a8\u7b97\uff0c\u5168\u6e2f\u6709\u8d85\u904e4,000\u4eba\u7f79\u60a31\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d30\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6578\u76ee\u7d04\u6709800\u4eba\uff0c\u53e6\u78ba\u8a3a\u60a3\u4e0a2\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u66f4\u4f30\u8a08\u591a\u9054\u516d\u5341\u842c\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u6e90\u65bc\u4eba\u9ad4\u5167\u80f0\u81df\u7d30\u80de\u53d7\u5230\u7834\u58de\uff0c\u4ee4\u8eab\u9ad4\u7121\u6cd5\u88fd\u9020\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\uff0c\u65451\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u4eba\u58eb\u9700\u6bcf\u65e5\u591a\u6b21\u6ce8\u5c04\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\uff0c\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u6b63\u5e38\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u4eba\u58eb\u6709\u8f03\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u5f15\u767c\u56b4\u91cd\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u6216\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u916e\u9178\u4e2d\u6bd2\u75c7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u800c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u9752\u5e74\u51fa\u73fe\u56b4\u91cd\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4ea6\u975e\u7f55\u898b\u3002\u672c\u6e2f\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u6bcf1,000\u540d1\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u9752\u5e74\u53ca\u5152\u7ae5\uff0c\u5c31\u670935\u4eba\u51fa\u73fe\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u82e5\u4e0d\u53ca\u6642\u8655\u7406\u53ef\u5f15\u767c\u660f\u8ff7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u91ab\u7642\u79d1\u6280\u65e5\u76ca\u9032\u6b65\uff0c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u9664\u53ef\u6bcf\u65e5\u300c\u7be4\u624b\u6307\u300d\u56db\u81f3\u4e94\u6b21\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8840\u7cd6\u5916\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u900f\u904eCGM\u6301\u7e8c\u76e3\u6e2c\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u66f4\u5168\u9762\u5730\u8a55\u4f30\u81ea\u8eab\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\u63a7\u5236\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u9023\u63a5\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u6cf5\u7b49\u5100\u5668\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u5373\u6642\u8abf\u63a7\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u73fe\u6642\u5168\u7403\u591a\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u5340\u5df2\u61c9\u7528CGM\u53ca\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u6cf5\u70ba1\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u8b77\u7406\u8a2d\u5099\uff0c\u5747\u898b\u6709\u6548\u5354\u52a9\u6539\u5584\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\u53ca\u6e1b\u4f4e\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528CGM\u6709\u6548\u6539\u5584\u8840\u7cd6\u63a7\u5236<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u70ba\u5354\u52a9\u9752\u5e74\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78(\u4e2d\u5927)\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u53ca\u5152\u7ae5\u7cd6\u5c3f\u5354\u6703\u7372\u9999\u6e2f\u8cfd\u99ac\u6703\u6148\u5584\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\u6177\u6168\u6350\u52a9\uff0c\u65bc2023\u5e74\u958b\u5c55\u300c\u8cfd\u99ac\u6703\u5e74\u8f15\u7cd6\u5c3f\u652f\u63f4\u8a08\u5283\u300d\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u8a08\u5283\u300d\uff09\uff0c\u70ba\u5e74\u9752\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9bCGM\u3002\u8a08\u5283\u4ea6\u7372\u9999\u6e2f\u7cd6\u5c3f\u79d1\u8b77\u58eb\u5354\u6703\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5411\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u8840\u7cd6\u7ba1\u7406\u6559\u80b2\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u8a08\u5283\u63a8\u884c\u81f3\u4eca\u5169\u5e74\uff0c\u5df2\u70ba\u903e900\u540d\u9752\u5e74\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec837\u540d1\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u9752\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a08\u5283\u63a8\u884c\u81f3\u4eca\u7684\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528CGM\u5c0d\u7ba1\u63a7\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\u6548\u679c\u986f\u8457\u3002\u53c3\u8207\u9996\u968e\u6bb5\u8a08\u5283\u7684644\u540d\u9752\u5e74\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c388\u4eba\uff0860.4%\uff09\u5728\u53c3\u8207\u8a08\u5283\u524d\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u5e38\u898f\u4f7f\u7528CGM\u3002\u6240\u6709\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u5728\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528CGM \u516d\u500b\u6708\u53ca 12\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\uff0c\u6574\u9ad4\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\u5747\u6709\u660e\u986f\u6539\u5584\u3002\u5728\u53c3\u8207\u8a08\u5283\u524d\u5c11\u65bc\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u6642\u9593\u4f7f\u7528CGM\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528CGM\u516d\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u7cd6\u5316\u8840\u8272\u7d20\u503c\uff08HbA1c\uff09\u7531\u57fa\u6e96\u7dda7.8%\u964d\u81f37.4%\uff1b\u4e26\u5728\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u752812\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\u4ecd\u7dad\u6301\u65bc\u540c\u4e00\u6c34\u5e73\u3002HbA1c\u6c34\u5e73\u90547%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528CGM \u5c0d\u964d\u4f4eHbA1c\u7684\u6548\u679c\u5c24\u5176\u986f\u8457\u3002\u6578\u64da\u4ea6\u53cd\u6620\u9752\u5e74\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u752812\u500b\u6708CGM\uff0c\u56e0\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u916e\u9178\u4e2d\u6bd2\u75c7\u800c\u4f4f\u9662\u7684\u6bd4\u7387\u5927\u6e1b85%\uff0c\u51fa\u73fe\u56b4\u91cd\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u964d\u4f4e\u8d85\u904e60%\uff0c\u4f75\u767c\u9ad8\u8840\u7cd6\u98a8\u96aa\u4ea6\u964d\u4f4e\u8d85\u904e50%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5152\u7ae5\u7cd6\u5c3f\u5354\u6703\u884c\u653f\u7e3d\u76e3<strong>\u5289\u7d2b\u76c8\u5973\u58eb<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u975e\u5e38\u611f\u8b1d\u9999\u6e2f\u8cfd\u99ac\u6703\u6148\u5584\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\u5c0d\u6b64\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8b93\u672c\u6e2f\u7cd6\u5c3f\u5152\u7ae5\u53ca\u9752\u5e74\u53ef\u5229\u7528CGM\u79d1\u6280\u6539\u5584\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6e1b\u8f15\u4ed6\u5011\u5c0d\u51fa\u73fe\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u7684\u6182\u616e\uff0c\u6d3b\u51fa\u66f4\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u3002\u300d<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb\u526f\u6559\u6388<strong>\u5468\u6021\u541b\u91ab\u751f<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300cCGM\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5e36\u4f86\u8f49\u8b8a\uff0c\u8a08\u5283\u5c55\u73feCGM\u5c0d\u672c\u5730\u7cd6\u5c3f\u9752\u5e74\u5e36\u4f86\u83ab\u5927\u88e8\u76ca\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5c0d\u6b64\u611f\u5230\u6b23\u559c\u3002\u56b4\u91cd\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u75c7\u8207\u5f15\u767c\u91cd\u5927\u98a8\u96aa\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528CGM\u5f8c\u986f\u8457\u6e1b\u5c11\u56b4\u91cd\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u6210\u679c\u4ee4\u4eba\u9f13\u821e\u3002\u300d\u3000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f55\u5584\u8861\u7cd6\u5c3f\u79d1\u6559\u6388\u3001\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u53ca\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u79d1\u4e3b\u4efb\uff08\u5b78\u8853\u4e8b\u52d9\uff09<strong>\u99ac\u9752\u96f2\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u8a08\u5283\u63a8\u51fa\u81f3\u4eca\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u5df2\u8db3\u898b\u4f7f\u7528CGM\u79d1\u6280\u5c0d\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u9752\u5e74\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u597d\u8655\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u6539\u5584\u6574\u9ad4\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6e1b\u5c11\u56e0\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u6216\u9ad8\u8840\u7cd6\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u53ca\u4f4f\u9662\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u5e74\u9752\u53ca\u6210\u5e74\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u6578\u76ee\u6301\u7e8c\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c0d\u7cd6\u5c3f\u79d1\u6280\u80fd\u6539\u5584\u5176\u60c5\u6cc1\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u611f\u5230\u8208\u596e\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u9700\u8981\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u6ce8\u5c04\u76841\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u9752\u5e74\u5c24\u751a\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u672a\u4f86\u7cd6\u5c3f\u79d1\u6280\u53ef\u9020\u798f\u66f4\u591a\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u300d\u3000\u3000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u53ca\u5065\u5eb7\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u8005<strong>\u5442\u96c5\u6587\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6301\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528CGM 12\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u56e0\u56b4\u91cd\u4f4e\u8840\u7cd6\u75c7\u53ca\u916e\u9178\u4e2d\u6bd2\u75c7\u7684\u4f4f\u9662\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u91ab\u7642\u6210\u672c\u4ea6\u96a8\u4e4b\u986f\u8457\u6e1b\u5c11\u3002\u6211\u5011\u73fe\u5df2\u5c55\u958b\u5168\u9762\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u6539\u5584\u8840\u7cd6\u63a7\u5236\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u76ca\u8655\u7d0d\u5165\u8003\u91cf\uff0c\u85c9\u4ee5\u70ba\u4f7f\u7528CGM\u7684\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u6574\u5168\u8a55\u4f30\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2025\u5e7411\u670813\u65e5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
