In response to the novel coronavirus and the activation of Emergency Response Level in public hospitals. The Hospital Authority has put together a useful FAQ document to help patients who may have concerns over whether to attend their scheduled medical appointments or examinations. The Hospital Authority understands patients’ concerns and would adopt a flexible approach in service arrangement.
