With your help, we CAN make a difference! YDA raises ALL of our own funds and over 90% of our donations are from the general public. YDA is a registered Hong Kong charity, and a member of the Hong Kong Council of Social Services. Official donation receipts are issued for accumulated donations of HKD$100 or more. Donations are tax-deductible with official receipts (for Hong Kong residents only).

Types of donations you can make
One-off donation
Every dollar can make a difference to the lives of children and young people with diabetes in Hong Kong.
Sponsor a child
Sponsor a child with diabetes for HK$12,000. Your donation will help one family in need pay for blood testing monitors, blood testing strips, syringes, and other essential healthcare items for one year. The donation will also support programmes for children and adolescent with diabetes.
Monthly donation
Help YDA to continue our work in providing the vital services for children with diabetes and their family.

Receipts
For monthly donations, the donation amount will be debited monthly from the credit card account provided.
For monthly donations, official receipts are issued for accumulated donations of HKD$100 or above. An annual receipt will be issued in April for your tax return.
