The Financial Assistance Programme (FAP) is aimed at helping financially-needy families by subsidising their purchases of diabetes supplies such as blood sugar testing strips, pen needles and lancets, and doctor’s consultation expenses.
Applicants should be under the age of 18 or full-time student diagnosed with diabetes, up to the age of 25 only. Upon approval, the amount of assistance will be reimbursed to the patient or guardian of the patient (if patient is a minor) upon receipt of valid original receipts for the purchase of diabetes supplies.

We also try to secure special prices or free trials from pharmaceutical companies whenever possible, as we know how expensive diabetes supplies can be. Please contact us and we will send you the updated list.
