FAQs

We are a family of 4. How do we book?

A family ticket is for 2 people consisting of one adult and one child under the age of 16. If you are a family of 4, you will need to add an additional family ticket. This option will be available on the form when you book.

I would like to bring my child’s sibling. Can I?

Yes, you can. You will be able to add an additional ticket for a child on the form. However, due to limited capacity at the venue, we have had to put a restriction on the number of people who can attend. Therefore, you will not be able to add more than one additional child ticket. We want to ensure more families are given the opportunity to attend one of the sessions.

I can no longer attend the session I signed up for. Can I change to attend a different session?

Yes, please inform us as soon as you know you are unable to attend the session you signed up for. If there is available space in the other sessions then we can move you. However, since the venue has limited capacity, we cannot guarantee that there will be space in the other sessions.

If I make a cancellation, will I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable and your payment is a donation to YDA. Please tell us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, so that we can offer your space to others who may be on the waitlist.
